There are Car Parks to be found at;
The Pier in North Parade.
York Road / and beside the Common.
Gardner Road.
At the mouth of the Harbour in Ferry Road, adjacent to the lifeboat station.

Note: There is also some street parking in Southwold.

Public Toilets

Toilets may be found at:
Cumberland Road, (with disabled facilities)
The Promenade.
Southwold Pier.
Ferry Road, (town end of the Road)
At the Harbour mouth, (near to the lifeboat station).

Half Day Closing

Early closing day (half day) for shops in Southwold is WEDNESDAY, some do remain open.

Market Days

The town Market may be found each MONDAY and THURSDAY.

Tourist Information Office

The tourist information office is in the main 'High Street', positioned centrally along the street, and near to Barclay's bank.

Southwold Hospital

The Hospital may be found in 'Field Stile Road', opposite the wonderful St Edmunds church.
(Note: This is not a main Accident & Emergency unit, although some minor injuries are treated)
