Saturday 12 of June -- Beer & Food Pairing Lunch
Enjoy a three course set menu with a glass of beer, perfectly chosen to accompany each course. Fergus, Adnams Head Brewer will  talk us through each pairing. This event is a must for Adnams fans and foodies alike. Lunch will start at 12.30pm, seating will be party-style in the Swan’s Dining Room. A group of ten or more secures your own private table. Prices are £36.00 per adult, payment will be taken at time of booking.

Thursday 11 – Monday 15 November – ‘Ways With Words’
This Literature Festival includes numerous writers discussing topics on fiction, poetry, biography, philosophy and cookery just to name a few.  To book either the Dinner, B&B package or individual events please contact 01803 867373.

Friday 3 December – Switch On of Christmas Lights
Enjoy Southwold’s traditional  ‘Switch On’ of the Christmas lights.  Partake in the music, shopping, fun and frolics in the Market Square and of course the ‘Switch On’ by Father Christmas at 7:00pm.  Our Kitchen Brigade headed by Rory Whelan will be showing off their talents by offering a sumptuous four-course dinner and coffee.  To enhance the festive mood, seating will be party-style in the Dining Room, Drawing Room and the Southwold Room.  A group of ten or more secures your own private table.  The evening kicks off at the hotel at 8:30pm.  Tickets are £41.00 per person.  Full payment is required on booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full price.

Sunday 12 December – Elton John Cabaret & Dinner
We are delighted to welcome back John Ellis as Elton John.  He will have you on the dance floor and in the party spirit!  Enjoy a tempting three-course meal and afterwards John Ellis will be performing as Elton John.   The evening starts with dinner at 7:00pm followed by the cabaret at 9:30pm.  The evening ends at 11:00pm. Thursday 16 December - Disco & Dinner
A little Christmas Sparkle…The ideal location, tempting cuisine and sparkling entertainment.  The night will start with the Bar opening at 7:00pm, a choice three-course dinner and coffee served in the Dining Room at 7:30pm, followed by a disco and dancing.  Bar open until 1:00am.  Seating is party style.  Ticket are £30.00 per person for the disco and dinner.  Full payment is required on booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full price.  Consider staying overnight.  Package price starts at £185 based on double occupancy or £90 for single occupancy.

Sunday 19 December – Tina Turner Cabaret & Dinner
With the scent of Yuletide in the air, enjoy a sumptuous three-course meal and coffee followed by the performance.  Seating is party style.  Ticket are £37.00 per person for the entertainment and dinner.  Fabulous idea for a small office Christmas outing to get you in the swing of the season. Saturday 25 December – Christmas Day at The Swan
A traditional five-course Christmas luncheon will be served in the annexe to the Main Dining Room, the Southwold Room between 12.00pm and 1.45pm for £87.00 per person.  Full payment is required on booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full price.

Sunday 26 December - Boxing Day at The Swan
A festive Boxing Day luncheon will be served in the annexe to the Main Dining Room, the Southwold Room for £37.00 per person.  Full payment is required on booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full price.

Friday 24, Saturday 25, Sunday 26 December – Christmas Package at The Swan
Arrive any time after 2.30pm. A bottle of port awaits you in your room on arrival and Cream Teas will be served between 3:30 - 5:00pm. Mingle in the Reading Room with a glass of bubbly and canapés at 7:00pm.  A delicious five-course dinner will follow along with entertainment provided by Toni Warne.  Wake up on Christmas morning to Bucks Fizz at breakfast and then a brisk walk along the seashore to work up an appetite.  A traditional five course Christmas luncheon will be served between 12:00pm and 1:45pm (you will be asked for a preferred time at time of booking).  Pre dinner drinks at 7:30pm followed by The Swan’s Christmas Buffet at 8:00pm. There will be quiz night in the Bar for those wishing to exercise the mind.  Boxing Day begins with a full English breakfast and afterwards we gather in the Drawing Room for games (including Jumbo Jenga) and tea or coffee. A festive Boxing Day Luncheon will be served in the Dining Room and Southwold Room.  The evening brings a light two-course supper followed by (entertainer tbc).  Packages start at £670 per person for a Lighthouse Basic Room based on double occupancy.  A £100 non-refundable deposit per person must accompany all reservations at time of booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full package price.

Thursday 30 and Friday 31 December - New Year’s Package
Arrive any time after 2:30pm for this residential package. Relax with a walk along the beach; discover the numerous footpaths in the area or just a stroll through pretty Southwold. Enjoy a sumptuous three-course dinner and coffee in the Dining Room or Southwold Room.
Once again the stars come out at The Swan to herald what promises to be a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration!! The entertainment begins around 10:30pm.  £125.00 per person.  Full payment is required on booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full price

Wednesday 28 April- Spring Supper Event at The Crown
Enjoy a 4-course meal, a cooking demonstration and a chat with Robert  Mace, Head Chef. The evening will showcase the best of the ‘Spring Larder’ including Spring lamb.  Prices are £40.00 per person. Bookings are essential.

A scrumptious traditional four-course Christmas luncheon will be available for seating times at 12.00pm or 3:00pm.  The price per adult is £75.00.  Enquire for prices for children under 12 years old.  A credit card is required to guarantee the booking, while full payment will be taken on 25th November at which time any alterations will result in forfeit of the full payment. 

Friday 24, Saturday 25, Sunday 26 December – Christmas Package at The Crown
A two-night package is available for arrival on 24th or 25th December and is inclusive of accommodation, Christmas Day Lunch, full English breakfast and VAT.  The prices start at £500 for a Crown Standard Room based on double occupancy.  All reservations must be accompanied by a £100.00 non-refundable deposit per person at time of booking.  As of 3rd November, any alterations made will result in a forfeit of the full package price.
